HELLO! Welcome to RecoverED - a collective of both therapists and dietitians, all passionate about and extensively experienced in treating disordered eating behaviors and eating disorders. Our therapists and dietitians work together to ensure you’re getting the best care possible. We welcome clients with all types of life experiences and are LGBTQ+ allies. We treat: anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa (which we believe can occur at all body sizes but in some cases is referred to as Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder or OSFED), Orthorexia, Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID), Binge Eating Disorder, body image concerns and body dysmorphia.

We practice utilizing an all foods fit, anti-diet, Health at Every Size ®, and goal for eventual intuitive eating framework. Therapeutically we utilize CBT, DBT, ACT foundations. Each client’s treatment plan is completely individualized, taking into account the client’s personal needs, strengths, interests, and values. Read more about our treatment modalities on the FAQ page of the website.

Our goal is to help our clients improve their relationship with food and heal the deeper layers contributing to the development and continued utilization of disordered eating behaviors that are keeping clients from living the lives they were meant to.

The process of working from food fears to food freedom can be confusing and a barrier to true healing. We are passionate about creating a warm, guiding space where you feel seen, heard, understood, and supported while you begin and continue your recovery journey.
